    Please read our terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. By purchasing with K9 Training and Behaviour you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use this website or make any purchases from here.

     

    You are welcome to print and store these terms and conditions for your own records.

     

    These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

     

     

    Contract Of Sale with K9 Training and Behaviour

    The completion of your booking process, means you accept our terms and conditions and forms your contract with K9 Training and Behaviour.

    • All training methods are kind and reward based.
    • Any harsh training methods from the owner will not be accepted.
    • We welcome all family members to attend the training session. Anyone under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Please follow all training instructions at all times to ensure everyone's safety.
    • Abusive behaviour from the owner towards any person, animal, or staff member will not be tolerated and will end in your training session being terminated.

     

     

    Payment & Cancellation

    • A deposit of £15.00 must be paid through the website or through a bank transfer in advance to secure your home training session.
    • If payment is not received within 24 hours of arranging your training date, it then becomes available for another possible booking.
    • We regret that deposits can not be refunded at any time.
    • The balance will need to be paid on immediate completion of the training session.
    • If you have paid for your training session in full and need to rearrange, please contact us immediately and no later than 48 hours prior to your training session, to rearrange an alternative date or a cancellation fee of 50% of the full price will be taken.
    • A booking can only be arranged on one occasion. Any further request for rearrangements will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be given.
    • Online training courses must be paid in full to access the course.
    • Any refunds will be paid back to the original bank/PayPal account.
    • K9 Training and Behaviour reserve the right to cancel/rearrange your training session where it is necessary for reasons beyond our control. We will give as much notice as possible if this applies.
    • K9 Training and Behaviour will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from amendments or cancellations to any training session.
    • Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel is unconditional within a period of 14 days from the date of the order confirmation. Cancellation request following this period are subject to the above terms. Should a training session commence within the 14 day period, your cancellation request is automatically void.

     

     

    Prices

    • K9 Training and Behaviour reserve the right to update/change prices but are correct at time of posting.
    • Once a deposit or full payment has been received any price increase will not affect your original purchase price.
    • Any advertised pricing typing errors will not be honored. If an error is discovered we will contact you immediately to inform you of the correct price to see if you wish to continue with your purchase at the correct price. If you wish to cancel, no cancellation fee will apply and you will be refunded your full payment to date.

    Training handouts are supplied for your personal use only and are not to be reproduced at any time.

     

     

    Data Protection

    K9 Training and Behaviour comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal information collected will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Please see our privacy policy page for more details.

     

    K9 Training and Behaviour does not hold any payment details, as it uses PayPal to manage its online payments. PayPal is a secure payment provider, however you should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to PayPal.
